Returning an order.
We accept returns the first 7 days after the transport company has delivered the order.
If you do not receive you order or it has any defects, you have 24 hours to claim your order at the following email address: info@spainsellers.com
To admit any returns we demand the following:
- The product has to be in perfect conditions and in its own original packaging; this is a demand of the Law of Guarantee.
We do not change or return money if any product has been handled or used incorrectly by the customer nor do we accept broken products. In these cases you will lose the guarantee.
- We cannot accept returns if the packaging, box or plastic is damaged.
- Products of which the blister (transparent plastic bag that contains the product) has been opened, cannot be returned. Except for products which show defects.
- All returns will be handled trough national post and if there has been a mistake on behalf of Web www.spainsellers.com, we will refund the shipping money charged, once the correct order has been completed.

We have a payment system Visa-4B completely safe, because in no time you insert the card information and our website.

When you place an order with Visa, upon confirming the order will open the 4B website, where you will operate and once payment is confirmed, the 4B website and send us a confirmation that payment has been made .

Garantía

Los productos usados por el cliente y dentro del periodo de garantía se aplicarán las siguientes condiciones:

 Toda devolución será enviada por el cliente por correo certificado, no admitiremos gastos de transporte de envíos de RMA que sean tramitados por mensajería, no admitiremos paquetes a portes debidos.

Todo material debe ir acompañado de su embalaje original, la factura de compra (IMPRESCINDIBLE, sin ella no se tramitará la garantía) y una descripción detallada de la avería.

Los productos que muestren algún síntoma de mala o incorrecta manipulación, no serán cubiertos por la garantía.

Todos los componentes electronicos tales como:

pantallas, flex, táctiles, lentes, piezas para reparación, modchips etc, son productos exclusivos para talleres especializados, no para usuario final, si usted lo compra asumimos que es un taller especializado y no un usuario final, por lo cual no esta sujeto a la ley de garantías.

Este tipo de productos carecen de garantía excepto que indiquemos lo contrario.

La manipulación, rotura o ausencia del precinto de garantía supone la anulación automática de la misma, El fabricante exige que al momento de recibir la pieza, ANTES DE SER INSTALADA O MANIPULADA, se pruebe la misma, SIN RETIRAR NINGÚN PLÁSTICO PROTECTOR.

Si se detecta algún fallo, hay que devolver la pieza defectuosa y comprobar que efectivamente ni se han retirado los plásticos ni se ha manipulado o instalado de forma incorrecta.

NO se admiten devoluciones de pantallas QUE SE HAYAN RETIRADO LOS PLÁSTICOS O QUE SE HAYA MANIPULADO O INSTALADO.

SI NO ESTÁ DE ACUERDO CON ESTAS CONDICIONES POR FAVOR LE ROGAMOS QUE NO COMPRE, YA QUE SI USTED COMPRA, ESTARA ACEPTANDO DICHAS CONDICIONES.

El material que se detecte averiado será reparado o en su defecto sustituido por uno nuevo y enviado sin coste alguno para el cliente. En NINGÚN CASO SERÁ ABONADO. Si ninguna de las dos opciones anteriores es posible, se procederá a la devolución del importe del producto defectuoso.

El material que supere las pruebas de nuestro servicio técnico y sus resultados contradigan a la descripción de su avería será enviado de nuevo al cliente a portes debidos y en NINGÚN CASO SERÁ ABONADO.
