Only transportation costs admit RMA shipments that are processed by us and our usual transportation agencies, will not admit freight collect packages from other companies without first agreeing with us. All material must be accompanied by original packaging, the purchase invoice (PLEASE, do not be processed without the guarantee) and a detailed description of the fault. The products showing any signs of poor or improper handling will not be covered under warranty. The handling, breakage or absence of a guarantee seal means the automatic cancellation of the same. The material is found damaged will be repaired or else replaced by a new and shipped at no cost to the customer. It does NOT BE PAID. If none of the above two options may be required to reimburse the amount of defective product. The material that exceeds the evidence of our service and their results contradict the description of the fault will be sent back to the customer freight collect and NO EVENT IS PAID. |
