KEM-960AAA Disc Drive Mechanism for PlayStation 4 Pro / Slim – Refurbished

Refurbished KEM-960AAA optical drive mechanism for PlayStation 4 Slim and PlayStation 4 Pro. This unit includes the internal Blu-Ray assembly: tray, motor, structural frame and optical laser preinstalled.

We provide the mechanical part of the drive. The lens is included but not guaranteed. This unit is intended for restoring disc loading functionality in systems with mechanical failures or worn-out drive units.

Important: To ensure proper operation, you must reuse the original logic board from your PS4 drive, as it is uniquely paired with the motherboard. Boards cannot be swapped across consoles.
