WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty Policy

All electronic components sold by SpainSellers (such as screens, flex cables, connectors, lenses, touch panels, and repair parts) are intended strictly for professional use by qualified repair technicians. These components require proper handling, installation and, in some cases, advanced soldering skills.

The legal warranty will be void in any of the following cases:

  • The part shows signs of manipulation, installation, soldering, or improper use.

  • Warranty seals or protective films have been removed.

  • The item shows physical damage (adhesive residue, bent or creased flex cables, burnt or damaged circuits, broken glass, etc.).

All components must be tested before installation, without removing protective films or warranty seals. We recommend using professional tools in a controlled environment.

If the part is defective, it must be returned unused and uninstalled, with all seals and original packaging intact, so our technical team can inspect and verify the issue.


Return and Exchange Period

  • You have 30 days from the shipping date to report an issue or request a return.

  • We do not accept returns or claims beyond 60 days after the return request has been registered on the website.

  • If the item has been installed or manipulated, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Right of Withdrawal (for consumer customers only)

In accordance with EU law, customers who act as final consumers (private individuals, not businesses) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

This right will not apply in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, installed, or manipulated.

  • Warranty seals or protective films have been removed.

  • The item is returned damaged or incomplete.

If the withdrawal is valid, we will refund the full amount paid for the item and the original shipping cost (only if no other products were purchased in the same order). The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Accepted Returns

To be accepted, the item and its packaging must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must include all original accessories, documents, and warranty seals.

  • You may request a product exchange or a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed at the same purchase price, either as a discount coupon (default option) or a monetary refund, depending on the original payment method.

Returns will not be accepted for screens with removed protective films or signs of improper handling, such as adhesive marks, glue residue, or bent flex cables.


Return Process (RMA)

  1. Log in to your customer account.

  2. Go to "My Account" > "Orders and Invoices".

  3. Find the order and select the item you wish to return.

  4. Add a message explaining the reason for the return.

  5. Click on "Request RMA".

  6. Purchase the appropriate return shipping service from the links below:

Alternatively, you may send the item using your preferred shipping method, at your own risk.


Refunds and Confirmation

Once the item has been received and reviewed:

  • If the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued within a maximum of 2 weeks.

  • Payments made by card will be refunded to the same card.

  • If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must provide your IBAN in the RMA notes.

  • If applicable, and upon request, we may also refund the return shipping cost (not applicable to wholesale clients or customer order errors).


By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept the above warranty and return conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order.
