    Tools Needed

    • Replacement screen
    • Small Phillps screwdriver
    • Pry tool or Spudger
    • Working mat

    Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Remove the Battery Cover

Use your pry tool to carefully remove the battery cover from the back of your phone. Take care not to damage the clasps that hold the cover in place.

    Step 2: Remove the Battery

Once the cover is removed, you should be able to lift the battery easily out of its housing. Be careful not to damage the wires attached to it.

Step 3: Locate the screen connectors

With the battery removed, you can see the connectors that hold the screen to the phone’s main body. These will need to be unfastened so the screen can be taken off.

Step 4: Unfasten the screen connectors

Using your pry tool, carefully unfasten the connectors that hold the screen to the body of the phone.

Step 5: Remove the Damaged Screen

Gently lift the damaged screen away from the phone. Be careful not to exert too much force as it may crack the screen further or damage other parts of the phone.

Step 6: Install the New Screen

Align the new screen with the body of the phone. Fasten the connectors and any screws, if necessary. Check to see if the screen is working correctly before replacing the battery and cover.

Please ensure you are careful with all components and use the appropriate tools as specified in the instructions.
