The Pantallas Portatil, also known as portable screen, is an integral part of the smartphone. It's a full HD IPS touch display, which offers vivid color reproduction and fantastic viewing angles.
The Pantallas Portatil, also known as portable screen, is an integral part of the smartphone. It's a full HD IPS touch display, which offers vivid color reproduction and fantastic viewing angles.
Below are a series of steps necessary to replace a Pantallas portatil on a typical smartphone.
Step 1: Remove the Battery Cover
Use your pry tool to carefully remove the battery cover from the back of your phone. Take care not to damage the clasps that hold the cover in place.
Step 2: Remove the Battery
Once the cover is removed, you should be able to lift the battery easily out of its housing. Be careful not to damage the wires attached to it.
Step 3: Locate the screen connectors
With the battery removed, you can see the connectors that hold the screen to the phone’s main body. These will need to be unfastened so the screen can be taken off.
Step 4: Unfasten the screen connectors
Using your pry tool, carefully unfasten the connectors that hold the screen to the body of the phone.
Step 5: Remove the Damaged Screen
Gently lift the damaged screen away from the phone. Be careful not to exert too much force as it may crack the screen further or damage other parts of the phone.
Step 6: Install the New Screen
Align the new screen with the body of the phone. Fasten the connectors and any screws, if necessary. Check to see if the screen is working correctly before replacing the battery and cover.
