Before you begin, ensure you have a clean, flat workspace and the right tools: a T6 Torx screwdriver, a flat-head precision screwdriver, plastic pry tools, and a replacement part for your Blackberry 9360.
Power off your Blackberry 9360 and turn it over. Press the two latches located at the top of the back cover and remove the cover. Then carefully remove the battery.
Using the T6 Torx screwdriver, remove the four screws located at the four corners of the phone.
Use the plastic pry tools to separate the bottom case part from the phone. Be careful not to damage the internal components. Then, gently remove the top case part.
Use the flat-head precision screwdriver to disconnect the pop connectors and remove the screws holding down the motherboard. Lift the motherboard out carefully.
Replace the required part. Then, reassemble your Blackberry 9360 by following these instructions in reverse order.
Note: Replacing smartphone parts can void the warranty and can risk damaging the phone. If unsure, please take your phone to a professional.
