Removing the back cover and battery

• Press the button on the bottom of the back cover to release it and then remove the cover.
• Now, you can lift the battery up and out of the Blackberry 9900.

Replacing the SIM Card

• To remove the SIM card, simply slide it out of its slot.
• Insert the new SIM card with the gold contacts facing downwards and the cut corner on the bottom right.

Replacing the Memory Card

• Press in the memory card to release it and then slide it out of its slot.
• Insert the new memory card with the gold contacts facing downwards and the cut corner on the top left.
