Procedure

3. Remove the back cover once it is separated enough.
4. Unscrew all the Phillips screws that secure the battery connector and other connectors.
5. Disconnect the battery connector, LCD connector, and other connectors from the motherboard.
6. Here, if you need to replace the screen, simply replace the old screen with the new unit and assemble the phone back as per these instructions in reverse order. For other parts like the battery, continue with the following steps.
7. Remove the battery gently with the plastic tool without puncturing it.
8. Now, replace the faulty part (in this case, the battery) with the new one.
9. Reconnect all the connectors back to the motherboard and screw them back on.
10. Finally, attach the back cover, press until it's perfectly fitted. Insert the SIM card tray back.
