Tools Required

• Pentalobe Screwdriver
• Phillips #000 Screwdriver
• Plastic Opening Tools
• Small Suction Cup
• Spudger

Process For Replacing iPhone Components

• Remove the two 3.6 mm Pentalobe screws next to the lightning connector.

• Place a suction cup on the screen, just above the home button and gently pry open from the bottom edge of the phone.

• Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry the rear case down and away from the display assembly while continuing to pull up with the suction cup.

• Open the phone just enough to disconnect the three clips securing the display assembly to the rear case.

• You can now remove any damaged parts and replace them with new ones.

• Make sure to disconnect and reconnect any ribbon cables or connections that come with the new parts.

• After replacing the components. reconnect the three clips before resealing the phone. Then secure the phone with the 3.6mm Pentalobe screws
