• Pentalobe Screwdriver
• Philips #00 Screwdriver
• Plastic Opening Tools
• Spudger
• Tweezers
• New iPhone 6 Battery

Battery Replacement Instructions:

Step 1:

• Remove the two Pentalobe screws next to the Lightning connector at the bottom of the iPhone.

Step 2:

• Use a plastic opening tool to gently separate the display from the case. Start from the bottom and work your way around the edges.

Step 3:

• Once the screen is slightly separated, use the spudger to disconnect the three flex cable connectors that attach the display to the motherboard.

Step 4:

• Remove the two screws securing the battery connector to the logic board, detach the connector, and lift the battery out of the case.

Step 5:

• Insert the new battery and reconnect its connector to the logic board, then replace the screws.

Step 6:

• Reconnect the three flex cable connectors, align the display with the top of the case, press it back into place, and replace the Pentalobe screws.
