    Before start, ensure that you have the necessary tools such as small Phillips screwdriver, plastic opening tools, spudger and heat gun/blow dryer.

    Step 1: Power off your LG Q6 M700A

    Press and hold the power button and select 'Power off' to turn off the device.

    Step 2: Remove the SIM card tray

    Locate the SIM card tray and eject it carefully.

    Step 3: Heat the back cover

    Apply heat to the edges of the back cover using a heat gun or blow dryer to soften the adhesive.

    Step 4: Removing the back cover

    Use a plastic opening tool to pry open the back cover starting from the bottom edge and work your way around to remove the back cover.

    Step 5: Remove the Battery

    • Remove the screws surrounding the battery compartment with the Phillips screwdriver.
    • Use the spudger to lift up the battery connector from its socket on the motherboard.
    • Remove the battery.

    Step 6: Replace the Battery

    • Place the new replacement battery in the compartment.
    • Reconnect the battery connector.
    • Secure the battery with the screws that were previously removed.

    Step 7: Reattach the back cover

    Align the back cover with the device and press it into place. The remaining heat should help re-seal the adhesive.

    Step 8: Turn on the device

    Press and hold the power button to turn on the device and check if the new battery is functioning correctly.
