- Switch off the phone and remove the SIM and memory cards if any are present.
- Using the prying tools, carefully lift the back cover of the phone starting from the bottom. Be careful as to not damage any components.
- Once the back cover is removed, you can see several screws. Use the screwdrivers to unscrew these.
- Upon removal of the screws, the main body of the phone can be separated from the screen. Use the plastic opening tools for this as the clasps can be quite tight.
- Now you have access to the motherboard and other components.
- For the battery replacement, simply unplug it from the pin connector, replace it with a new one and ensure you plugging it securely into the pin connector.
- For display replacement, it’s attached to the motherboard with a pin connector. Just unplug it and replace with a new display.
- Reassemble everything in the reverse order of disassembly, ensuring that all connectors are secured and screws tightened.
- Switch on the phone to check if everything is working properly.
