    Instructions to Replace Oppo A73 2020 Components

    • Small Phillips screwdriver
    • Suction cup tool
    • Plastic card
    • Tweezers
    • Heat gun or hairdryer
    • ESD-safe opening tool

    2. General Safety Precautions

    • Power off the device before starting any repair.
    • Use ESD-safe tools to avoid damage from static electricity.
    • Keep track of all screws and components removed during disassembly.

    3. Replacing the Display

    • Heat the edges of the display using a heat gun or hairdryer to soften the adhesive.

    • Use a suction cup to lift a corner of the display gently.

    • Insert a pry tool or plastic card into the gap and carefully slide it around the edges to release the adhesive.

    • Disconnect the display connector by removing any screws and using a pry tool to lift the connector.

    • Replace with new display by connecting the display connector back and securing any screws.

    • Press gently around the edges to secure the new display in place.

    4. Replacing the Battery

    • Remove the back cover using a pry tool. Use the heat gun if necessary to loosen the adhesive.

    • Disconnect the battery connector.

    • Use a pry tool to slowly lift the battery out of its compartment. Be careful not to puncture the battery.

    • Place the new battery in and reconnect the battery connector.

    • Secure the back cover in place by pressing it gently until it clicks.

    5. Replacing the Camera

    • Remove the back cover using a pry tool. Apply heat if necessary to loosen the adhesive.

    • Remove the screws securing the camera module and disconnect the camera connector.

    • Lift the old camera module out using tweezers.

    • Place the new camera module in its position and reconnect the camera connector.

    • Secure the camera module with screws.

    6. Final Steps

    • Make sure all connectors are securely reconnected.
    • Reassemble the back cover and ensure it clicks into place.
    • Power on the device to test the new components.
