Instructions for Replacing Oukitel WP20 Spare Parts (Repuestos)
Replacing the Display
Required tools: Phillips screwdriver, plastic pry tool, suction cup, adhesive tape.
- 1. Power off your Oukitel WP20 and remove any SIM or SD card.
- 2. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws located at the bottom of the phone.
- 3. Use the suction cup to gently lift the display. Simultaneously, insert the plastic pry tool between the display and the phone frame to gently detach the display from the adhesive.
- 4. Once the display is lifted, carefully disconnect the display ribbon cable from the motherboard.
- 5. Attach the new display by connecting the ribbon cable to the motherboard.
- 6. Carefully align the new display with the phone frame and press it into place. Use adhesive tape if necessary to secure the display.
- 7. Reinsert and tighten the screws at the bottom of the phone.
- 8. Power on the phone to check the new display is functioning correctly.
Replacing the Battery
Required tools: Phillips screwdriver, plastic pry tool, adhesive tape.
- 1. Power off your Oukitel WP20 and remove any SIM or SD card.
- 2. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the back cover.
- 3. Use the plastic pry tool to gently detach the back cover from the phone frame.
- 4. Locate the battery connector on the motherboard and gently disconnect it.
- 5. Carefully remove the adhesive tapes securing the old battery to the phone frame.
- 6. Remove the old battery and replace it with the new one.
- 7. Connect the new battery to the motherboard.
- 8. Reattach the back cover and secure it with the screws.
- 9. Power on the phone to check that the new battery is functioning correctly.
Replacing the Main Camera
Required tools: Phillips screwdriver, plastic pry tool.
- 1. Power off your Oukitel WP20 and remove any SIM or SD card.
- 2. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the back cover.
- 3. Use the plastic pry tool to gently detach the back cover from the phone frame.
- 4. Locate the main camera module on the motherboard and gently disconnect it from the connector.
- 5. Carefully remove the old main camera module.
- 6. Install the new main camera module by connecting it to the motherboard connector.
- 7. Reattach the back cover and secure it with the screws.
- 8. Power on the phone and test the new camera to ensure proper functionality.
