    Tools Needed

    • Small Phillips screwdriver
    • Plastic opening tools
    • Tweezers
    • Spudger
    • Suction cup tool

    Replacement Steps

    1. Power Off the Device

    Ensure that the Oukitel WP7 is completely powered off before starting the repair process.

    2. Remove the Back Cover

    Using a spudger or plastic opening tool, carefully pry around the edges of the back cover to remove it. Be cautious to not damage the clips securing the cover.

    3. Disconnect the Battery

    Locate the battery connector and use a spudger to gently disconnect it from the motherboard to avoid any electrical issues during the repair.

    4. Remove the Screws

    Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove all the screws securing the internal components. Keep track of the screw locations to ensure proper reassembly.

    5. Disconnect Flex Cables

    • Use tweezers or a spudger to carefully disconnect the flex cables attached to the motherboard.
    • Ensure to detach the display and digitizer cables if you are replacing the screen.

    6. Remove the Old Component

    • Carefully lift the defective component (screen, battery, camera, etc.) out of its housing using a spudger or similar tool.
    • Be cautious to avoid damaging adjacent parts during removal.

    7. Install the New Component

    • Place the new component into the correct location in the device.
    • Reconnect any flex cables you detached earlier.

    8. Reassemble the Device

    • Reinstall all the screws you removed, ensuring each is placed in its original location.
    • Reconnect the battery connector to the motherboard.

    9. Reattach the Back Cover

    Snap the back cover back onto the device, ensuring all clips are securely fastened.

    10. Power On the Device

    Turn on your Oukitel WP7 and test the new component to ensure it is functioning correctly.
