Replacement Instructions for Samsung Galaxy M62 Repuestos

Repairing devices should only be done by trained professionals. However, if you plan on replacing some parts yourself, follow the instructions below.

    Tools Needed

    • Plastic pry tool
    • Screwdriver
    • Guitar pick
    • Suction Cup

    Steps to follow

Step 1: Switch off your Samsung Galaxy M62. Remove the SIM card tray.

Step 2: Heat the back cover edges using a heating pad, hairdryer, or heat gun to soften the adhesive.

Step 3: Use a suction cup to create a gap between the glass back cover and phone frame.

Step 4: Insert a plastic card or guitar pick into the gap, and slowly cut through the adhesive.

Step 5: Remove any remaining adhesive, and clean the bonding area.

Step 6: Remove the screws holding the plastic plate. Lift and remove the plate.

Step 7: Disconnect the battery, display, and touch panel connectors.

Step 8: Remove the motherboard. Now you have access to replace parts like the front camera, rear cameras, speaker, and other small parts (repuestos).

Step 9: To replace the display, you need to disconnect and remove the old display. Follow this procedure in reverse for installation.

Note: When reassembling your phone, reapply a new adhesive where necessary.
