    Tools Needed For Replacement

    • Small Phillips Screwdriver
    • Plastic Opening Tools
    • Tweezers
    • Spudger

    Instructions

    1. Remove the Back Cover

    2. To remove the back cover, locate the slot located in the top left corner. Insert your fingernail or a plastic opening tool into the slot and gently lift the cover.

    3. Remove the Battery

    4. To disconnect the battery, lift it from the bottom edge using your fingers or the plastic opening tool. Remove the battery from the device.

    5. Remove the Screws

    6. There are 11 Phillips screws to remove from the rear housing. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove them carefully.

    7. Separate the Frame from the Display Assembly

    8. Use a plastic opening tool to disconnect the clips holding the frame and display assembly together around the edges of the device. Gently lift the frame away from the display assembly.

    9. Replacing the Component

    10. Once the frame is separated, you can replace the faulty component with the new one.

    11. Reassembly

    12. Follow the above steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.
