Step 1: Back Cover Removal

• Turn off the phone and remove the SIM card tray.
• Heat the back cover edges for about two minutes to soften the adhesive.
• Use a suction handle to gently lift the glass until there is a small opening.
• Insert a plastic card to gently cut through the adhesive and remove the cover.

Step 2: Removing the Battery

• Remove all the screws fixing the middle plate and then the plate itself.
• Disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.
• Gently pry the battery away from the adhesive securing it to the phone.

Step 3: Reassembling with a new battery

• Position the new battery into the phone and connect its connector to the motherboard.
• Replace the middle plate and screw it into place.
• Re-affix the back cover, ensuring the adhesive is secure around the edges.
• Insert the SIM card tray and turn on your phone.
