The Samsung S5620, also known as the Monte, is a 3G touchscreen phone released in 2010. It is renowned for its sleek, compact design and easy-to-use features.
Before starting, ensure you have the necessary replacement parts and tools such as a small Phillips screwdriver and a plastic pry tool.
Power off the Samsung S5620. Remove the back cover by sliding it downwards and gently lift out the battery.
Remove the screws on the back of the phone. Use the plastic pry tool to carefully separate the back frame from the rest of the phone.
Disconnect the ribbon cable from the motherboard. This connects the touchscreen to the remainder of the phone, so handle with care.
Replace the faulty part. Whether it's the screen, camera, speaker, or another component, carefully remove the faulty part and replace it with the new one. Ensure all connections are secure.
Reassemble the phone. Secure ribbon cables and replace the back frame. Tighten the screws and insert the battery. Attach the back cover.
