    Before starting, make sure to power off your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and disconnect it from any attached cables. Only follow these steps if you're confident in your abilities and recognize that any potential damage done in attempting these instructions is your responsibility.

    Remove Back Cover

    Use a heat gun or heating pad to heat up the back cover's adhesive. Use a suction cup and thin plastic card to gently loosen the adhesive and lift the back cover.

    Disconnect and Remove Battery

    First, remove the wireless charging coil that's attached to the battery. After that, proceed to gently disconnect the battery from the logic board. Use a plastic spudger tool to disconnect the clip connecting the battery to the device. Then, Slide an opening pick between the battery and the phone chassis to pry the battery up and out of its housing.

    Replace Screen Assembly

    Disconnect the two display cable connectors from the motherboard. Remove the three screws securing the speaker to the mid frame. Peel off the screen from the mid frame. Once the front screen assembly has been removed, you can replace it with the new display.

    Reassemble the Phone

    Follow the disassembly steps in reverse order to reassemble the phone.
