Instructions on How to Replace Sony Xperia XA3 I3113 I3123 I4113 I4193 Xperia 10 Parts

    Tools and Materials Needed

    • Phillips screwdriver
    • Plastic prying tools
    • Suction cup
    • Tweezers
    • Replacement parts (screen, battery, etc.)
    • Adhesive strips
    • Antistatic wrist strap (optional)

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Power off the Device

Ensure the phone is completely powered off before you begin any repair process.

    2. Remove the SIM Card Tray

Use a SIM ejector tool or a paperclip to remove the SIM card tray and set it aside.

    3. Heat the Edges of the Screen

Using a heat gun or a hairdryer, carefully apply heat to the edges of the screen. This will soften the adhesive, making it easier to separate the display.

    4. Use Suction Cup and Pry Tools to Lift the Screen

Place a suction cup near the edge of the screen and gently pull up to create a small gap. Insert a plastic prying tool into the gap and slowly work your way around the edges to lift the screen.

    5. Disconnect the Battery Connector

Once the screen is lifted, you will see the internal components of the phone. Locate the battery connector and carefully use a prying tool to disconnect it.

    6. Remove the Battery

Use the prying tools to gently lift and remove the battery from its compartment. Be cautious not to puncture or bend the battery.

    7. Replace the Battery

Place the new battery into the compartment and reconnect the battery connector.

    8. Secure the New Screen

If you are replacing the screen, carefully align it with the phone's body and press down gently to secure it. Ensure that adhesive strips are properly used to keep the screen in place.

    9. Reassemble the Device

    • Reconnect the battery if it was removed earlier.
    • Reattach any internal components that were removed.
    • Secure the screen by pressing along the edges to ensure it is properly adhered.

    10. Reinsert the SIM Card Tray

Place the SIM card tray back into its slot.

    11. Power On the Device

Turn on the phone to ensure that it is functioning correctly after the replacement.
