Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Power off the device and remove the SIM card tray using a SIM eject tool.
2. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently heat the edges of the back cover. This will soften the adhesive.
3. Carefully insert a plastic pry tool between the back cover and the frame of the phone.
4. Gently work your way around the edges, prying up the back cover until it is completely detached.
5. Disconnect the battery connector using a plastic pry tool or tweezers.
6. Remove any screws securing the internal components, such as the motherboard or camera modules, using the Phillips #00 screwdriver.
7. Carefully detach the components that need to be replaced. Use tweezers for small connectors and cables.
8. Place the new component into its designated location, making sure it is securely connected.
9. Reattach any screws that were removed earlier.
10. Reconnect the battery connector.
11. Prepare the back cover by applying new adhesive strips around the edges.
12. Carefully press the back cover back onto the frame, ensuring a secure fit.
13. Power on the device to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
14. Re-insert the SIM card tray.
