Ensure that the Sony Xperia ZL L35H is completely powered off before starting the disassembly process.
Use the SIM card eject tool to remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
Use the plastic opening tools to gently pry open the back cover of the phone. Start from the bottom and work your way around the edges.
Once the back cover is removed, use the plastic opening tool to lift and disconnect the battery connector. Carefully remove the battery from the housing.
Use the tweezers to disconnect the various ribbon cables connected to the motherboard. These include the display cable, charging port cable, and any other necessary cables.
Using the small Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws securing the motherboard in place. Carefully lift the motherboard out of the phone chassis.
Replace any damaged or faulty components with the new replacement parts. Ensure that all connectors are securely attached and aligned properly.
Follow the disassembly steps in reverse order to reassemble the device. Start by placing the motherboard back into the chassis and securing it with screws. Reconnect all the ribbon cables, and attach the battery connector.
Snap the back cover back into place, ensuring that all edges are securely aligned and closed.
Re-insert the SIM card tray and power on the device to ensure that all replaced components are functioning correctly.
