Replacement of Wiko Iggy components should be done with adequate care. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Note: Disassembling your Wiko Iggy may void your warranty. Continue at your own risk.
Step 1: Power off your Phone
Turn off your Wiko Iggy and remove the SIM card and SD card. This is crucial to prevent any data loss or damage during the repair process.
Step 2: Remove the Back Cover
Use a plastic prying tool to carefully remove the back cover of your phone. Starting from the bottom edge, insert the prying tool between the back cover and body of the phone and proceed slowly around the edges until the back cover is removed.
Step 3: Remove the Battery
With the back cover removed, you can now see the battery. Gently lift the battery out of its compartment.
Step 4: Remove the Screws
With a small Phillips-head screwdriver, remove all visible screws. Keep the screws in a safe place as they are tiny and easy to lose.
Step 5: Remove the Phone's Interior Cover
Using the plastic prying tool again, carefully remove the interior cover of the phone. Apply gentle force and take your time to avoid breaking it.
Step 6: Replace the Desired Component
Locate the component you need to replace (e.g., camera, speaker). Carefully disconnect it from the motherboard and replace it with the new part.
Step 7: Reassemble your Phone
Once the replacement part is installed, reassemble your phone by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
Please note that these instructions are generalized. For replacing specific parts, it may be necessary to follow more specific instructions. Consult a professional if you encounter any difficulties.
