    Tools Needed

You will need a SIM card ejector, heat gun, plastic opening tools, spudger, tweezer, screwdriver and a new spare part for the Xiaomi Mi 10.

    Disassembly

    • Remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
    • Use a heat gun to warm up the edges of the back cover to loosen the adhesive.
    • Insert the plastic opening tool between the frame and back cover to pry it open.
    • Unscrew and remove the metal plate that protects the motherboard.
    • Disconnect the battery cable and other flex cables.

    Replacing the repuestos

Depending on the part to be replaced; proceed as follows:

    • Battery: Once the flex cables have been disconnected, remove the adhesive holding the battery and replace it with a new one.
    • Display: Disconnect the display flex cable, remove the adhesive and replace the screen.
    • Camera: Remove the screw holding the camera module, disconnect the camera connector and replace.

    Reassembly

To reassemble your Xiaomi Mi 10, follow the disassembly steps in reverse order. Remember to replace adhesive where necessary and to reconnect all flex cables.
