    Before starting, ensure you have the following tools: SIM Card Ejector Tool, Heat Gun/Blow Dryer, Suction Cup, Opening Tool, Tweezers, Philips Screwdriver, Spudger.

    Step 2: Power off the Phone and Remove the SIM Tray

    Turn off your Xiaomi Mi 8 SE and remove the SIM card tray with the ejector tool.

    Step 3: Soften the Adhesive

    Use a heat gun or blow dryer to apply low heat around the edges of the back cover. This will soften the adhesive making it easier to remove the cover.
