Steps to replace Zopo ZP320 Repuestos

    1. Power off your Zopo ZP320 and remove SIM card and micro SD card.

    2. Start by removing the back cover. Gently insert a plastic tool into the gap between the back cover and the main body to pry up the back cover.

    3. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws securing the battery connector board to the motherboard and remove it. Afterwards, remove the battery.

    4. Use the plastic tool to disconnect the camera, microphone, speaker, and LCD Screen connectors from the motherboard.

    5. Unscrew all the screws that are securing the motherboard and gently lift the motherboard out of the phone case.

    6. If you have to replace the screen, use a heat gun or blow dryer to heat the edges of the display to soften the adhesive. However, be careful not to overheat the device as it might damage the internal components.

    7. Carefully insert a thin plastic tool between the display and the frame and move it along the sides to detach the screen away from the adhesive. Make sure to be very gentle to avoid breaking the display.

    8. Once the screen has been removed, you can replace it with a new one. Place the new screen on the frame and press firmly but gently to make sure the adhesive sticks properly.

    9. Reassemble the Zopo ZP320 by following the steps in reverse order.

Remember: Each disassembly and reassembly process has potential for device damage. Ensure you are properly grounded, working on a clean surface, and handle components with care.
