Instruction on How to Replace ZTE V8 Mini

Before starting, ensure you have these tools - small Phillips screwdriver, spudger and a prying tool.

Step 1: Battery Removal

• Power off the device.
• Remove the back cover using the prying tool.
• Detach the battery connector from the motherboard. Then using the spudger, pry up the battery from the bottom.

Step 2: Motherboard Removal

• Remove all screws securing the motherboard with your Phillips screwdriver.
• Disconnect all connected cables from the motherboard gently.
• Lift and take out the motherboard.

Step 3: Screen Replacement

• Remove the screen connector from the motherboard.
• Replace the old screen with the new one.
• Reconnect the screen connector to the motherboard.

Step 4: Reassemble

• Reinstall the motherboard and tighten the screws.
• Reconnect all the cables to the motherboard.
• Replace and connect the battery.
• Finally, snap the back cover into place.
