Refurbished DG-6M5S Blu-Ray drive assembly for PlayStation 4 CUH-1200, the final revision of the original PS4 FAT model. This unit includes the full loading mechanism, optical lens, and internal chassis, preassembled and ready to install.

Ideal for systems with disc reading errors, mechanical failures, or loading issues, this unit restores the console’s disc functionality efficiently and economically.

We provide the mechanical part of the drive. The lens is included but not guaranteed.

Important: For proper operation, you must reuse the original controller board from your PS4 drive. This board is firmware-paired with the motherboard and cannot be replaced or swapped.
