Instructions for Replacing Microsoft Surface Book 2 Repuestos

Please follow these instructions in order to maintain the safety and functionality of your device. It is always recommended to seek professional assistance if you feel uncomfortable performing any of these steps.

    Preparation

    • Turn off the device: Ensure your Surface Book 2 is turned off and unplugged from any power source.
    • Prepare a clean workspace: Have the necessary tools and repuestos at hand.

    Replacing the Screen

Note: This requires a specialized Toolkit which can be purchased or borrowed from a repair shop. A heat gun, suction cup, and prying tool are necessary.

    • Step 1: Apply heat to the edges of the screen to soften the adhesive holding it in place. This is done using a heat gun.
    • Step 2: Use a suction cup to lift the screen gently from one corner after the adhesive has been loosened.
    • Step 3: Carefully continue to pry the screen away using the tool, working slowly around the edges till it's completely removed.
    • Step 4: Replace with the new screen by gently pressing it into place, ensuring the adhesive sticks well.

Remember to handle your device with extreme care to avoid damaging sensitive components. The battery, processor, and SSD storage are not user-replaceable parts and attempting to change these could cause damage to your device.
