Follow this guide to replace parts from the Nintendo Switch Lite. Take note that due care is needed during replacement to avoid further damage.
First things first, you have to remove the back cover of your Nintendo Switch Lite device. Use a Y00 screwdriver to remove the four screws; two from the top and two from the bottom. After which, gently pry open the back cover, starting from the bottom, and remove it.
Once the back case is off, disconnect the battery to prevent any electric discharge. Use a PH00 screwdriver to unscrew the three screws holding the metal bracket. Remove the bracket and disconnect the battery connector. Pull the adhesive tabs to remove the battery.
Start by disconnecting the joystick connector and after that remove the three screws holding each joystick with a Y00 screwdriver. Afterward, use a spudger to pry and remove the screen from the frame.
Now that you've successfully removed the damaged parts, you can replace them with the new ones. Simply follow the instructions in reverse to safely assemble your Nintendo Switch Lite.
Make sure to first test your new parts before fully assembling your device to check if everything is working correctly.
