PolarTronix 1.5 g liquid metal thermal paste, developed for high thermal transfer applications in PS5, CPU, GPU, gaming computers and other high performance electronic systems. It offers thermal conductivity of up to 130 W/mK and is formulated to improve heat transfer between the processor and the cooling system. Its composition based on a gallium alloy with indium and silver is intended for technical work where conventional thermal paste may be insufficient. The 1.5 g kit includes three applicators, two cleaning wipes and one blunt tip for controlled dispensing.

Installation Tips

Prevent the product from escaping from the processor contact surface.

Protect nearby electronic components when necessary.

Check that the heatsink used is compatible with liquid metal.

Perform a complete visual inspection before reassembling the equipment.

Warning

Liquid metal is electrically conductive. Incorrect application may cause short circuits and permanent damage to electronic components.

Do not use on aluminum or on heatsinks incorporating an aluminum contact surface, as gallium can react with this material and damage it.

Installation is recommended only for technicians or users experienced in applying liquid metal thermal compounds.
