Before starting the replacement process please turn off the device and remove the SIM card and memory card if any.

Step 1: Removal of Back cover

Start by removing the back cover of the device, gently pry around the edges until it is completely detached.

Step 2: Disconnecting the Battery

After removing the back cover, locate the battery and disconnect it from the phone. Use a small pry tool to carefully lift the connector.

Step 3: Removing the Battery

The BlackBerry Z30 battery is secured with adhesive. Use a pry tool to remove it, exercising caution not to puncture the battery in the process.

Step 4: Replacing the Battery

Once you have the new genuine BlackBerry Z30 battery, place it back in the same position as the old battery, align the connector and gently press down to secure it in place.

Step 5: Installation of Back Cover

Lastly, install the back cover back on to the device, ensuring all edges click back into place. Switch on your device.
