Instructions to Replace Blackview BV7200 Repuestos

Always remember to take necessary precautions like backing up data and powering off your device. Tools you might need include a SIM card ejection tool, a plastic removal tool, tweezers and a screwdriver.

    Disassembling:

    • Remove the SIM Card Tray: Insert your SIM card ejection tool into the hole on the SIM card tray and push until the tray pops out.
    • Remove Back Cover: Use a heated iOpener or heat gun to soften the adhesive on the back cover. Then use the plastic removal tool to pry open the cover.
    • Disconnect Battery: Locate and disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard using the plastic spudger tool.

    Replacement Procedure:

    • Motherboard: Use the screwdriver to remove all screws. Carefully disconnect all flex cables connected to the motherboard, then lift the motherboard from the chassis.
    • Screen: Heat the front panel to soften the adhesive. Use the plastic tool to separate the display. After cleaning any residue, apply new adhesive and fit the new screen.
    • Battery: Pry the battery free using the plastic removal tool. Replace with a new identical battery, making sure to align any connection points, and press down to secure.
    • Camera: Use the plastic tool to disconnect the flex cable, and carefully lift the camera module from the phone. Replace with a new camera module and carefully press into place.

    Reassembling:

For reassembling, follow the disassembling steps in reverse order. Make sure all connections are secure, screws are replaced properly and seals are intact before powering up your device.
