Instructions on How to Replace Doogee X97 Repuestos
Tools Required
- Small Phillips Screwdriver
- Spudger or Plastic Pry Tool
- Sim Card Ejection tool
- Tweezers
Procedure
Before starting the process, ensure that your device has been turned off and unplugged from any power source.
- Using the sim-card removal tool, remove the sim-card tray from the device.
- With the small Phillips Screwdriver, remove all visible screws from the base of the device.
- Utilizing a spudger or plastic pry tool, carefully penetrate the gap between the screen assembly and the back panel. Go around the edges of the device, releasing the clips holding the two pieces together.
- Lift the back panel gently to reveal the motherboard and the cables attached to it.
- Before disconnecting the cables, take note of each connection so that you can be sure to reconnect them correctly. Use the tweezers to gently disconnect the battery connector, followed by the display, digitizer, and other connectors.
- Now, you have access to replace any of the repuestos(parts) like Battery, Camera, Display, etc. Be cautious in the process to not damage any parts during the replacement.
- To assemble the device, simply follow this guide in reverse.
Be sure to not use any metal tools while disconnecting the cables as it could accidently short the motherboard thus damaging the device. Always keep track of your screws and their placements as they are of different sizes and mixing them could damage the screw holes.
