You'll need the following tool: Torx T5 screwdriver, a small Phillips screwdriver, a small plastic opening tool, a pair of tweezers, and a hot air gun for mobile phone repair.
Turn off your Nokia X and remove the battery and sim card for safety.
Use the small plastic opening tool to gently pry the screen from the body of the phone.
Next, use the Torx T5 screwdriver to unscrew the screws holding the screen assembly to the main body.
Slowly lift the old screen assembly away from the main body.
Now, take your replacement screen and align it with the screw holes in the main body. Replace the screws with the Torx T5 screwdriver.
Once the screen is secure, carefully push the screen back into the body of the phone until it clicks into place.
Replace the battery and sim card into their respective slots. Then, turn on the phone to check the functionality of the new screen.
If the phone operates normally, the screen replacement was a success. Please remember to responsibly recycle your old Nokia X screen.
