Tools Needed
- Phillips screwdriver
- Plastic opening tools
- Suction cup tool
- Tweezers
- Anti-static wristband
Battery Replacement Instructions
- Step 1: Power off your Oppo AX5.
- Step 2: Remove the SIM card tray using a SIM ejector tool.
- Step 3: Use a suction cup to gently lift the back cover from the device.
- Step 4: Insert a plastic opening tool between the back cover and the frame, then gently work your way around the edges to release the clips.
- Step 5: Remove the back cover.
- Step 6: Disconnect the battery connector using tweezers or a plastic tool.
- Step 7: Carefully lift and remove the battery from the device.
- Step 8: Insert the new battery, ensuring it is properly aligned.
- Step 9: Reconnect the battery connector.
- Step 10: Replace the back cover, ensuring all clips are securely fastened.
- Step 11: Reinsert the SIM card tray.
- Step 12: Power on the device to ensure the new battery is functioning correctly.
Screen Replacement Instructions
- Step 1: Power off your Oppo AX5.
- Step 2: Remove the SIM card tray using a SIM ejector tool.
- Step 3: Use a suction cup to gently lift the back cover from the device.

- Step 12: Remove the old screen.
- Step 13: Careful align the new screen with the frame and press it into place.
- Step 14: Reconnect the screen connector to the motherboard.
- Step 15: Replace the motherboard cover and secure it with the screws.
- Step 16: Reconnect the battery connector.
- Step 17: Replace the back cover, ensuring all clips are securely fastened.
- Step 18: Reinsert the SIM card tray.
- Step 19: Power on the device to ensure the new screen is functioning correctly.
