Instructions for Replacing Oppo A9 2020 A11X Repuestos
Tools Required:
- Phillips screwdriver
- Plastic opening tools
- SIM card ejector tool
- Tweezers
- Suction cup
- Ziploc bags and marker (for screw management)
Steps to Replace the Display
- 1. Power off the phone and remove the SIM card tray using the SIM card ejector tool.
- 2. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the lower part of the phone near the charging port.
- 3. Gently insert the suction cup near the bottom edge of the display and pull up to create a small gap.
- 4. Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap and carefully work it around the edges to detach the back cover from the phone frame. Be careful not to damage the internal components.
- 5. Disconnect the battery connector to avoid any electrical shock.
- 6. Remove the screws and disconnect any cables securing the old display to the phone's motherboard.
- 7. Carefully remove the old display. If it is glued, use a bit of heat (hairdryer or heat gun) to soften the adhesive.
- 8. Position the new display and connect the necessary cables to the motherboard.
- 9. Reattach any screws that were removed previously.
- 10. Reconnect the battery connector.
- 11. Align the back cover and press it gently until it snaps back into place.
- 12. Replace the screws on the bottom part of the phone.
- 13. Insert the SIM card tray back into the slot.
- 14. Power on the phone to check if the new display is working correctly.
Steps to Replace the Battery
- 1. Follow steps 1-5 of the display replacement instructions to open the phone and disconnect the battery connector.
- 2. Locate the battery and gently lift it using a plastic opening tool. If the battery is glued, use a bit of heat (hairdryer or heat gun) to soften the adhesive.
- 3. Once the battery is freed, remove it from the phone.
- 4. Place the new battery in the same spot, ensuring it is well aligned.
- 5. Connect the battery connector to the motherboard.
- 6. Follow steps 10-14 of the display replacement instructions to reassemble the phone.
