Ensure that your device is completely powered off before beginning any repair work to prevent any electrical damage.
Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry off the back cover of the device. Move slowly and carefully to avoid damaging the internal components or the cover.
Locate the battery connector and use a spudger to disconnect it. This will ensure that no power is running through the device while you perform the replacement.
Using the appropriate screwdriver (typically a Phillips or pentalobe), remove all screws securing the midframe. Carefully lift the midframe away from the device to expose the internal components.
Using tweezers or a spudger, carefully disconnect all flex cables connected to the pantalla táctil. These may include digitizer and display cables.
Apply a suction cup to the front of the pantalla táctil. Gently pull up on the suction cup while using a plastic pry tool to separate the screen from the frame. Move slowly to avoid breaking the glass or damaging the internal components.
Once the old pantalla táctil is removed, clean any remaining adhesive residue from the frame using a spudger or tweezers. Ensure the surface is smooth and clean to apply the new pantalla táctil.
Carefully align the new pantalla táctil with the frame. Press down gently to ensure it adheres properly. Reconnect all flex cables to their respective connectors.
Power on the device and test the new pantalla táctil to ensure it is functioning correctly. Check for responsiveness and display issues.
Congratulations, you have successfully replaced the pantalla táctil!
