Instructions for Replacing Sony Xperia 5 III Parts (repuestos)

    Disclaimer

Please note that repairing your own smartphone carries potential risks, including voiding the warranty or causing additional damage. Seek professional help if you are unsure.

    General supplies needed:

    • Screwdriver
    • Tweezers
    • Opening tools
    • Hot air gun or heating pad

    Steps to Follow:

    1. Before you begin disassembling, make sure to turn off the device.

    2. Use a heating pad or hot air gun to heat the edges of the phone to soften the adhesive that keeps the screen attached to the phone body. Take care not to overheat the phone.

    3. After heating, use a suction cup to carefully lift the screen. You should see a small gap between the screen and the phone body. Insert a plastic opening tool into this gap and carefully slide around the edges to separate the screen from the frame.

    Note:

Be careful not to insert the tool too far or you may damage internal components.

    4. After separating the frame and the screen, you will have access to internal components. Make sure to remember the arrangement of the components to aid in reassembly.

    5. Identify the part you want to replace (for example, the battery, the camera module, etc.), detach any connecting cables using tweezers, and remove the screws holding it in place.

    6. Replace the part with the new one.

    7. Once the new part is installed, reverse the steps to reassemble the phone. Place the screen back onto the phone frame, ensuring that it aligns correctly on all sides.

    Warning:

Make sure not to force any components into place as this could cause damage.

    8. After successful assembling, turn on your device to ensure that everything is working correctly.
