    • Step 2: Use a heat gun to soften the adhesive holding the back cover. Apply the suction cup to the back cover and pull it with force until it opens a small gap.
    • Step 3: Insert a plastic spudger into the gap to open the phone. Move it along the edges to release all the clips holding the back cover.
    • Step 4: Unscrew all the Phillips screws securing the motherboard frame and lift it gently using the spudger.
    • Step 5: Disconnect and remove the battery. Then disconnect the display connector.
    • Step 6: Replace with the new display and reverse the steps to reassemble the phone.
