Instructions for Replacing Components

Please read through the instructions completely before attempting the replacement, and remember to take necessary safety precautions like disconnecting the device from the power supply and properly grounding oneself.

Step 1: Power off the ZTE Axon 20 5G. Remove the SIM card tray with the eject pin.

Step 2: Remove the back cover. Heat the edges of the phone with a heat gun to soften the adhesive that's holding the back cover. Use the plastic pry tool to gently lift the back cover off.

Step 3: Unscrew the screws that secure the motherboard cover then remove it.

Step 4: Carefully disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.

Step 5: Detach the connectors linked to the motherboard. Remove the screws that hold down the motherboard. Lift up the motherboard with the camera module attached.

Step 6: Now you have access to replace the desired components like the battery, the display, the camera, etc. Install the new component. Make sure to correctly place all the cables and screws back in their initial position.

Step 7: Assemble the ZTE Axon 20 5G by reversing the previous steps.

Note: If the device does not work correctly after reassembling, disassemble it again and check all connections and replacements to ensure they are firmly and correctly attached.
