Instructions to Replace Parts of Apple Watch Series 9 41mm

Remember, working on your Apple Watch can be difficult due to its small components. It's advised to work slowly and meticulously.

    Tools Needed

    • Tri-point Y000 Screwdriver
    • Plastic Opening Tools (Spudgers)
    • Tweezers

Step 1: Turn Off the Apple Watch

Before starting, ensure your Apple Watch is turned off to prevent any damage.

    Step 2: Remove the Band

Press the band release button and slide off the band.

    Step 3: Open the Display

Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry up the display from the casing.

    Step 4: Detach the Display

Slowly open the display to the right side—to avoid damaging the display cables—until you get a clear view of the connectors. Carefully disconnect the two connectors using the plastic opening tool.

Step 5: Remove and Replace the Part

Depending on what needs to be replaced, identify the faulty part and unscrew it using the screwdriver. Replace it with the new part and screw it back on.

    Step 6: Reassemble

Attach the display's connectors back to the board, ensuring they snap into place. Carefully align the display back onto the case and press it until it snaps into place. Reattach the wristband.

Please remember this is a general guide. Each model may have slight differences in part locations or procedures.
