• Turn off the watch: Save your data and turn the Samsung Smartwatch off before starting the replacement procedure.
• Remove wristbands: To remove the wristbands, press the small knobs located at the end of the bands and slide them out.
• Heat the edges: Heat the edges of the watch gently with a heat gun. This will help to remove the back cover and the screen more easily.
• Remove back cover: Using a thin plastic tool, carefully pry up the back cover. Remember not to apply too much force.
• Disconnect battery: Once the back cover is off, you'll see the battery. Carefully disconnect it to avoid any potential short circuit.
• Remove old screen: Score the glue holding the screen in place with the heat gun. Then, using a suction cup, gently lift the screen off. Keep in mind that too much force can crack the old screen.
• Attach new screen: Clean the residual adhesive from the frame. Attach new adhesive and press the new screen onto it firmly. Make sure it fits properly and you don't press too hard.
• Reconnect battery and re-attach back cover: Reconnect the battery connector, place the back cover on the watch and press it gently but firmly to create an even seal.
• Test the device: After the assembly is complete, turn the device on and test its functionality. Make sure the new screen is working and responding to touch correctly.
