How To Replace Samsung Galaxy Gear 2

The following steps provide a detailed guide on how to replace your Samsung Galaxy Gear 2:

Step 1: Gather the necessary tools

You will need a small Phillips screwdriver, a nylon spudger, and a plastic opening tool for the replacement process.

    Step 2: Remove the Strap

Start by gently detaching the strap from the watch body. Do this by sliding the spring bar towards the center and lifting the strap away from the watch.

    Step 3: Open the Case

Locate the four screws securing the case back and remove them using your Phillips screwdriver. Once the screws are out, use your plastic opening tool to gently pry open the case back.

    Step 4: Disconnect the Battery

With the case open, use your nylon spudger to disconnect the battery connector from its socket on the motherboard.

    Step 5: Replace the Battery

Once the old battery is disconnected, you will be able to lift it out and replace it with the new battery. Make sure to connect the new battery to the connector on the motherboard.

    Step 6: Reassembly

Reattach the back cover and securely fasten the screws. Once this is done, reattach the strap to finish the reassembly process.

Note: Always ensure your device is powered off and your work area is static-free prior to starting the replacement process.
