• Remove the ten screws from the back cover.
• Carefully prise open the cover.
• Disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard by gently pulling it out.
• Remove the screws securing the battery and remove the battery.
• Replace with the new battery, screw it in and reconnect the battery connector.

Replacing the SSD

• Follow the initial steps to open the back cover and disconnect the battery.
• Locate the SSD and remove the single screw that secures it.
• Gently pull the SSD out of its slot.
• Replace with the new SSD, making sure it's properly aligned, and secure it with the screw.
• Reconnect the battery connector and replace the back cover.

Replacing the RAM

• Follow the initial steps to open the back cover and disconnect the battery.
• Locate the RAM slots. Push the clips holding the RAM outwards to release the module.
• Remove the RAM from its slot.
• Replace with the new RAM module, insert it at an angle and then push it down until the clips snap into place.
• Reconnect the battery connector and replace the back cover.
