Instructions to Replace iPad 3ª Generación 2012 A1416 Wifi A1430 Wifi, GSM Repuestos

Here are the detailed instructions to replace the parts of the iPad 3 (A1416/A1430). Always remember to take precautions to prevent electrostatic discharge by wearing an ESD wrist strap and work on a clean, static-free surface.

    Tools Required:

    • Phillips #00 Screwdriver
    • Spudger
    • Plastic Opening Tools
    • iPad Suction Cup
    • Heat Gun or iOpener

    Process:

    1. Power off your iPad before beginning disassembly.

    2. Use the heat gun or iOpener to soften the adhesive holding the front glass to the body.

    3. Apply the suction cup to the front glass and gently pull the glass assembly away from the main body. Be careful not to pull too hard as there are ribbon cables connecting the two.

    4. Use the plastic opening tools and spudger to carefully pry free the ribbon cables and fully remove the front glass assembly.

    5. Remove the screws holding the internal assemblies (like the battery, logic board, cameras etc.) using the Phillips #00 screwdriver.

    6. Use the spudger to disconnect the connectors and gently lift the assemblies away.

    7. Replace the faulty component with the new part.

    8. Reinstall the assemblies and screw them back in place.

    9. Reconnect the ribbon cables of the front glass assembly and snap it back into place.

    10. Power on your iPad to check the functionality of the newly replaced part.

Remember that you should always proceed carefully and at a slow pace in order not to damage any components during the repair process.
