Instructions for Replacement of Lenovo Tab M8 3rd Gen TB-8506F TB-8506X Components

    1. Replacing the Display Assembly

Warmup the device edges with a heat gun or blower to melt the adhesive. Use a plastic card or prying tool to separate the display from the tablet frame carefully. Once separated, replace the faulty screen with a new one, ensuring it's well connected to the mainboard.

    2. Replacing the Battery

Pry open the chassis carefully after removing the screen. After this, disconnect the battery connector from the mainboard and use a prying tool to gently lift the battery and replace it with a new one.

    3. Replacing the Back Cover

Use a prying tool to lift the back cover gently. Lift it upwards to remove and replace it with a new one. Ensure to press down firmly along the edges for perfect fitting and bonding.

    4. Replacing the Cameras

The front and rear cameras can be detached from the mainboard by unplugging them. Plug in the replacement cameras into the appropriate connectors on the mainboard.

    5. Replacing Speakers

Unscrew and remove the faulty speakers from their location. Install the new speakers in the same location and ensure they're screwed in correctly.

    6. Replacing Power and Volume Button

The power and volume buttons could be leveraged from their position using a prying tool and replaced by simply putting a new set in the same place.

Note: Always ensure the device is switched off and if possible, disconnected from any power source before starting a repair or replacement process.
