    • Tri-wing screwdriver
    • Phillips head screwdriver
    • Plastic opening tools

    Step by Step Guide

    • Step 1: First, ensure your DS Lite is powered off and unplugged from any power sources.
    • Step 2: Using your tri-wing screwdriver, remove the tiny screws in the lower back casing.
    • Step 3: Carefully remove the back casing exposing the DS Lite's battery.
    • Step 4: Remove the battery from the device by gently lifting it up.
    • Step 5: Once the battery is removed, you'll see several Phillips screws. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove them.
    • Step 6: Carefully life up the lower case of the DS Lite.

    • Step 8: Replace the defective parts with new ones.
    • Step 9: Reassemble the DS Lite by following these steps in reverse order.
