    4. Remove motherboard screws and lift it out carefully, disconnecting the upper screen ribbon from it before it is fully removed.
    5. Remove the hinge pin and slide out the upper screen's ribbon cable, then lift the upper part away.
    6. Detach the screen from its housing. Be careful not to damage the screen or the surrounding plastic.
    7. Place the new screen into the housing, re-attach the ribbon cable to the motherboard, then reassemble the DS by following the disassembly steps in reverse order. Be sure to reconnect the antenna and WLAN cable.
